A second thought on voting for Obama
The rumor says that under Obama administration, our country will go toward socialism, which is the resemblance of Eastern Europe, or somewhat similar to Canada. I understand that most of his supporters are black, and some minority groups. He wants to evenly distribute the wealth from the wealthy to the poor, and our gap won’t be too widely measured in term of annual income. Is this fair policy? Or he just want to win the great amount of supporting votes from the low - income families and individuals who desperately seeking helps from government program every single month?
We are facing a sensitve period right now. New term of presidential election will be due, and the economic recession is the most concerned topic of every American. Facing the unpredictable future to come, we should consider our election wisely. Given John McCaine and Barrack Obama, after 3 times of fiercely debate, the poll rating is given to Obama in a leading role. After second consideration, will Obama’s administration work for the future? Socialism will be a better solution?
Once Obama proposed that we should get free health insurance, even the poor who can’t afford the premium monthly. This policy might be a heated topic then. It was a big attraction to those who can’t pay for the health insurance. But we need to commit a higher tax to the government in order to get it done. Will it work? Some people argued that, there are many of them who aren’t willing to work, and expect free aides from others. For instance, once I go with my friend to a restaurant. There was a black dude waiting out there, and ask for gas money if I can help him. He showed a desperate faces that he need the money to fill his pump and need to return to Cobb county as soon as possible. I agree to pay him $3 out of sympathy. After a month, I went to the same restaurant, the same person show up, and tell me the same story. I would buy it this time, and leave the scene as quick as possible. I was asking myself, how can I share my tax money to pay for a bum like this? He has hands to earn a decent living, rather, he trying to trick the money out of people’s pocket. So I won’t agree with this socialism policy.
On another issue, Obama try to suggest that people who make over $250,000 should pay higher taxes. Would that be fair? What about those business owners, they work as hard as everyone else in the America. And all their money going to distribute to people who doesn’t want to work at all? Eve nthey make $250,000 a year, that is their hard earning money. They work with blood and time, many sacrifices to make these money. So, people who doesn’t want to work, they should deserve nothing.
In conclusion, we should consider our election as the presidential election is approaching. We deserve what we have, and we should earn what we have too.

80 percent of the world’s money is held by 10 percent of the people in the world. It is far past the time to beginning “sharing the wealth.” The economic policies in this country help the rich get richer at the expense of the poor. Obama isn’t even talking about fixing that, (Ron Paul and Bob Barr are, for one) but what he is proposing is a step in the right direction at least.
